As I was looking for a good house to purchase in the internet, I found this really cool site about this company that represents buyers and sellers of real estate whether its residential purchase, re-sale, investment property, or a commercial purchase or lease. They called the company Scottsdale Real Estate if I remember correctly.
One thing that is so cool about this site is that they have their so called MLS virtual mapping that allows you to search the MLS visually. You can also filter your search so you'll have the ability to select communities, areas and even set your price range so you can look for a property just within your budget.
Their imagery is so cool also where in you can see the property in several different views such as 2D, 3D, Aerial and Bird's eye views. You should try it so check it out. Clients would definitely save a significant amount of time, money, and effort when looking and buying or selling a good property. Too bad I cant buy my own cause Im living here in the Philippines.
